LAKE WYLIE — Lee Ann Rousar, of Lake Wylie, S.C., was born in Chicago, Ill. She died Tuesday, March 24, 2009, and was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Derrill J. Rousar.
Lee Ann was an active member of the River Hills Community Church and the River Hills Lions Club. She also served on the Board of the River Hills Country Club and has been active in several civic and volunteer agencies throughout her life.
A special thank you to Dr. Jay K. Shah and his entire staff at Carolina Cardiology in Rock Hill, S.C. for over 28 years of loving care.
Memorial service in celebration of her life will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 6, 2009, at River Hills Community Church, with the Rev. Bruce Jones officiating. A reception will be held immediately following the service.

I was a good friend of Lee Ann Rousar for over thirty years, and must say she was one of the dearest friends anyone could have. She was active in her community, and cared or others deeply, and she will be sorely missed by all of us that knew her.
